Space Planning
Thoughtful layouts are the foundation of every successful project. I specialize in analyzing how people move through a space and reworking floor plans to maximize comfort, flow, and usability. Whether it’s optimizing a small nook or reimagining an open living area, I design with both function and beauty in mind so that every square foot works harder for the client.
Material & Finish Selection
The right materials set the tone for an entire project. I curate palettes of wood, stone, fabric, and finishes that balance texture, color, and durability. My focus is on creating timeless combinations that bring warmth and style while staying practical for everyday life. Each selection reflects both the client’s personal taste and the overall design vision.
3D Modeling & Visualization
Visualizing a project before it’s built is key to making confident decisions. I create detailed SketchUp models and renderings that bring concepts to life in three dimensions. These models allow clients to see proportions, explore options, and refine ideas early in the process. This step not only enhances creativity but also streamlines construction by reducing uncertainty.
Client Collaboration
Every design is shaped by the people who will live or work in it. I prioritize open communication, using mood boards, sketches, and detailed presentations to translate client ideas into clear design solutions. By working closely with clients at every stage, I ensure the final outcome reflects their needs, preferences, and lifestyle while also elevating the design beyond what they imagined.
