About the project
The remodel required precise planning to ensure that Marie’s design vision could be accurately communicated and executed. Clients often struggle to imagine how ideas will translate into real spaces, so the renderings had to be both technical and approachable.
- Built SketchUp models of the redesigned spaces, showing scale, flow, and material selections. Collaborated closely with Marien Fuer to refine the digital models until they fully reflected her design intent.
- Produced visuals that highlighted layout options and spatial relationships, helping both the design team and the clients envision the final outcome.
- Ensured the models were accurate enough to serve as a bridge from concept to construction.
Project results
The SketchUp models are now being used as the foundation for the active remodel, bringing Marien Fuer’s designs to life in Brooklyn. By translating design intent into precise visualizations, the project team and the clients gained a clear roadmap for implementation.
